David Chancellor

Vice President of Customer Service/Support

Since joining PDX in 2007, David has held various positions including Support Lead, Product Owner, and Manager of Product Owners. He has also been responsible for overseeing the relationship with Kaiser Permanente in various capacities since 2010. In his current role, David oversees all customer service and support related activities for the numerous product offerings that PDX provides. David’s passion for customer service continues to push those around him in building long-standing commitments to meeting our customers’ needs.

Prior to joining PDX, David held positions in Support, Quality Assurance, and Client Services for multiple technology companies in and around the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

David lives in Burleson, TX with his wife, Randi, and their son. He is a life-long Texan and a Dallas Cowboys fan. David is active in his church and loves spending time with friends and family. He and Randi love the beach and look for any opportunity to visit warm tropical destinations in their free time.

David attended Tarrant County College.
