Since joining PDX in 2004, Shawna’s primary responsibility has been overseeing the training, implementation and account management services for PDX…a complex and challenging endeavor. Using her Six Sigma Green Belt methods Shawna has successfully increased customer satisfaction results using quality management statistical methods. Her highly-regarded team implements and trains on a myriad of products while always acting as an advocate and thought partner for our customers.
Prior to PDX Shawna served as a medical assistant in a range of clinical environments.
Shawna and her husband, Alan, and their son reside in Fort Worth. She is a life-long Texan and enjoys interior design, arts and crafts, and most of all spending time with family and friends.
Shawna attended Hill College while on a soccer scholarship.
