PDMP Updates
Florida
- New Data Submission Guide Published late March, version 2.4
- Updates on Zero reports and Pickup/Dropoff qualifier.
Washington
- Moving from the Appriss Legacy RxSentry to Appriss PMP AWARxE Platform on 04-21-2020
- Registration begins on 03-25-2020
- Data Submission Guide ASAP Version 4.2A
Utah – Will be moving to NIC’s RxGov in the future
- 04-02-2020– Utah still in holding pattern with RxGov
- Last Estimate was mid-April
California
- 01-01-2021 Require reporting ”as soon as reasonably possible but no more than one working day after acontrolled substance is dispensed.”
- Also requires Schedule V reporting
Nebraska
- Possible move to “near real time” as a pilot later this year
- Require a valid Date Sold (DSP17)
- Waiting on legislative action but will be emergency legislation
- Grant money is available for POS integration and real time
Kentucky and Oklahoma
- Move to ASAP 4.2B by Jan 2021. Waiting for additional details.
PDMP Checking prior to dispensing
- Illinois – required integration by 01-01-2021
- Nebraska – considering requirement by 01-01-2021
